The 2021 marks perhaps the most anticipated season for the Friars in recent memory, after losing in the National League Division Series last season to Los Angeles.
The offseason has been filled with several high-profile moves by the Pads, including the additions of NL Cy Young runner-up Yu Darvish, World Series pitcher Blake Snell, and South Korean slugger Kim Ha-seong among others.

The newcomers join the team's already established talents in Fernando Tatis Jr., Manny Machado, Eric Hosmer, Dinelson Lamet, Jake Cronenworth, Wil Myers, and Jurickson Profar.
The team's first workout will be later this month in Peoria, Ariz. It's not yet clear whether fans will be allowed at spring training games.
