SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — San Diego Padres tickets holders will be able to get a refund, loyalty credit, or exchange their tickets for games originally scheduled through May 31.
The team announced Wednesday that single-game ticket holders who bought tickets through Ticketmaster are eligible for a refund through their Ticketmaster account.

Season ticket members will be contacted by their representative or they can call the ticket office at 619-795-5020 to discuss their options. Season ticket holders can get a refund for the affected games or apply their refunded amount to a 2021 season membership.
Those who apply their credit to a 2021 membership will also receive "loyalty credit," which includes flat pricing on 2021 membership, 20 percent discount on concessions and at retail spaces at Petco Park for 2020 and through the 2021 season, flexible payment options, access to a presale for additional 2021 tickets, according to the team.
As more information becomes available about the status of 2020 season games after May, the team says it will communicate those updates to ticket holders.
