SAN DIEGO – Along with collapsing trees and downing power lines throughout the county, Sunday’s storm toppled a scaffolding project in Hillcrest.
Sometime before 3:45 p.m. the scaffolding came crashing down in the area of 6th Avenue and Quince Street. There were no reported injuries, San Diego Fire-Rescue reported.
