SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - Getting and giving can be accomplished in one stop this weekend, with blood drives at Westfield malls.
The San Diego Blood Bank, Westfield, and ABC10 are partnering for “The Gift of Health”, a celebration of wellness. It includes a blood drive, healthy bites, wellness tips, and more to help shoppers lead healthier lives.
All blood donors will receive special prizes, which vary by location.
The health fairs run from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday. Locations include:
- Westfield Plaza Bonita, National City
- Westfield North County, Escondido
- Westfield Mission Valley, San Diego
To donate blood, you must be at least 17 years old or 16 years old with parental consent, weigh at least 114 pounds, and be in general good health.
