SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- Video captured throughout Thursday and Friday captures the destruction of the Lilac Fire.
As of Friday night, the fire had already consumed 4,100 acres in San Diego County.

Cal Fire said in a news release Friday night that the fire had been 15 percent contained, but not before 65 structures were destroyed by the blaze.

Saturday and Sunday, strong Santa Ana winds that fed the Lilac Fire are expected to pick up once again with San Diegans hoping that no more fires erupt.
