RIVERSIDE, Calif. (KGTV) -- Video shows a toddler being violently tossed to the ground and flung around by his father during a dispute in Riverside, according to KABC.
The man in the video was identified as Techhoak Danny Lim, 27. Investigators were able to find Lim thanks to a nearby homeowner who caught the domestic violence on a security camera.
According to KABC, the 18-month-old child was flung around during a fight Lim had with his girlfriend on July 5.
Video taken nearby shows Lim using the child to hit the woman. Police were able to find and arrest Lim later the same day.
The child received minor injuries and was treated. Lim is now facing child endangerment and domestic violence charges.
