DEL MAR, Calif. (KGTV) - Dramatic video shows the moments San Diego County Sheriff’s deputies opened fire on a man at the Del Mar Fairgrounds.
Deputies said Daniel Elizarraras, 22, started an argument at the Stretch Run gate ticket window when he was told there were no more tickets available for the post-race Ice Cube concert.

Elizararras pulled out a semi-automatic handgun and fired into the crowd before deputies returned fire, according to the Sheriff’s Department.
Despite the chaos scene in the social media video, no bystanders were hit.
Elizarras is expected to recover from his injuries, deputies said.
