SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- A verdict was reached Wednesday in a lawsuit against the City of San Diego filed by the wife of former Mayor Roger Hedgecock involving her ruptured breast implants.
A jury awarded nearly $85,000 to Cynthia Hedgecock in a lawsuit she filed after she tripped and fell on a Pacific Beach sidewalk, rupturing one of her breast implants.
