(KGTV) - When it comes to letting out a curse word or two, Americans get started fairly early in the day.
A new study conducted by 9Round Kickbox Fitness shows the average American spits out his or her first swear word by 10:54 a.m. A quarter of Americans, however, can’t make it past 9 a.m. without cussing.
According to a New York Post report, 9Round asked 2,000 Americans how much stress they take on and how they go about dealing with it, and cursing is the most popular way people express their frustrations.
The average American goes through 1,205 “stressful events” every year, according to the study.
9Round’s study shows financial issues as the biggest cause of stress for Americans (at 52.05%), followed by lack of sleep (36%), health concerns (35.35%) and work (29.5%).
