Graphic details were released on an East County doctor’s sex crimes.
The information released was in the Medical Board of California’s petition to revoke Jeffrey Abram’s license.
Many of the details are too graphic for television.
Abrams worked at the Volunteers in Medicine clinic in El Cajon.
The documents state Abrams would perform vaginal and rectal exams without gloves. He also took pictures of his patients without their permission.
