SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - A man was arrested in Las Vegas Monday in connection with the death of a woman in the Fairmount Village area last month.

Dominique Grady, 26, was taken into custody by a fugitive task force in Las Vegas, San Diego police announced Tuesday. Grady faces murder charges in the killing of 21-year-old Jossie Marilyn Ruiz Lopez.

SDPD investigators said Lopez returned to her apartment in the 3600 block of 45th Street at around 5:45 a.m. on June 16 after going out with friends. Her body was discovered by family members at about 5 p.m. that same day.
