SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - During a press conference at San Diego's Office of Emergency Services, County Supervisor Dianne Jacob voiced her concerns regarding shutting off power to residents during the high wind event hitting residents.
Jacob discussed concerns regarding SDG&E's move to proactively turn off power to communities - many of which were in the East County - at the risk of downed power lines during the Santa Ana and Lilac Fire events Thursday.
10News reporter Steve Fiorina spoke with Jacob about her concerns.
