SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- Part of a road near City College was shut down Tuesday evening after someone found a suspicious box chained to a pole.
According to police, Ash Street briefly closed between Tenth Avenue and Park Boulevard due to the investigation.
Video from the scene showed a robot being sent in to photograph the device. Police later told 10News that the box simply contains a traffic device.
