A trailer for Star Wars: The Force Awakens will be shown only in select theaters over Thanksgiving weekend, director J.J. Abrams confirmed on Twitter.
The list of 30 theaters was available on the official Star Wars website.

Come December, all theaters will receive the trailer.
The Force Awakens is the long-awaited sequel to 1983's Return of the Jedi. It features characters and cast members from the original Star Wars trilogy: Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill), Princess Leia (Carrie Fisher) and Han Solo (Harrison Ford).
The film opens on Dec. 15, 2015.
