SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - An argument on social media escalated into a face-to-face confrontation that turned violent in a Southcrest neighborhood Thursday night.
San Diego police responded just after 10 p.m. to reports of a woman stabbed multiple times near a house in the 1000 block of S. 36th Street.
