VISTA, Calif. (KGTV) - A San Marcos chiropractor is scheduled to be sentenced Monday after he pleaded guilty to groping three women during treatments.

John Michals, whose practice was located at the North County Health Services Department, was arrested in April after a woman came forward and told authorities Michals groped her in March.

Two more women later came forward with similar sexual battery accusations against him.

Michals pleaded guilty before the case was to go to trial.

He is expected to serve six months in jail and will likely be ordered to register as a sex offender.
