SDPD release name, photo of City Heights murder suspect

SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - Police are searching for a man wanted in connection with a City Heights murder this month.

San Diego Police said Jossie Ruiz, 21, was found dead at a home in the 3600 block of 45th Street on June 16 just after 5 p.m.

She had died from an apparent gunshot wound, according to police. Ruiz was last seen by her family just before 6 a.m. Saturday when she returned home from a night out with friends.

Following an investigation, SDPD named Dominique Grady, 26, as the suspect. He is described as a black male, standing 5-feet 6-inches tall, and weighing about 140 pounds.

Anyone with information on Grady's whereabouts is asked to call police at 619-531-2000 or Crime Stoppers at 888-580-8477.
