SAN DIEGO -- Due to the hot and humid weather -- which leads to an uptick in electricity use -- SDG&E has activated its Reduce Your Use rewards program for Thursday and Friday.
On a reduction day, customers can earn a credit on their bill by cutting back on the electricity they use between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m.
