Gas prices lowest they've been in a year

SAN DIEGO (CNS) - The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in San Diego County dropped Wednesday to its lowest amount since Feb. 10, 2015, decreasing seven-tenths of a cent to $2.689.
 
The average price has dropped 27 of the past 28 days, decreasing 37.4 cents, including eight-tenths of a cent on Tuesday, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.
   
The average price is 7.9 cents less than a week ago and 36.2 cents lower than one month ago, but 23.1 cents higher than one year ago.
