SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- Cal Fire officials held town hall meeting Saturday night at 7 p.m. at the Fallbrook Community Center at 341 Heald Lane.
Officials said during the meeting that they could not provide the residents who had been evacuated any definitive information on when residents would be able to return to their homes.

Authorities did mention that they’d work over the next few days to get roadways back open and people back into their homes.
One resident at the town hall said his home was one of nearly 100 homes that burned down.
A woman said that she knew that her home was not destroyed but she is anxious to return.

Many who attended the event said they were just happy to know the area will move forward and plans to rebuild.
