Reported threats investigated at Point Loma High School, Patrick Henry High School

SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - Security was increased Friday morning at two San Diego schools in light of threats at both campuses.

While the exact nature of the threats were not immediately disclosed, San Diego Unified School District officials confirmed to 10News that incidents involving “nonspecific threats” were being investigated at Point Loma High School (2335 Chatsworth Blvd.) and Patrick Henry High School (6702 Wandermere Dr.).

District officials said extra security was present at both schools Friday “out of an abundance of caution.”

Daily operations at both schools would not be interrupted, officials said.
