A 56-year-old was zapped with a stun gun and stabbed with a box cutter in the Skyline neighborhood of southeast San Diego, but was expected to survive, police said.
Police arrested a 62-year-old man and 44-year-old woman following the bloody fight, which erupted at about 8:45 p.m. Saturday at 280 Flowerdale Lane. That location is not far from Sweetwater Reservoir on San Diego's far-southeastern side.
The woman used a box cutter to stab the victim three times in his upper back, which punctured a lung, police said. The man allegedly also used a stun gun on the victim's neck.
The victim was transported to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, police said. Both suspects were arrested a short time later, police said.
No names were released, and the case remains under investigation.
