Protesters, many of them in support of President Donald Trump, are rallying inside and outside the U.S. Capitol in Washington D.C., where Congress was set to certify the 2020 Election results for President-elect Joe Biden on Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2021. The U.S. Capitol is currently on lockdown.
