SAN DIEGO (KGTV)— The YMCA throughout San Diego County offers the Padres Rookie League, a free program for children ages 4 -12. This program, from MLB and the San Diego Padres, was created to increase participation in baseball and softball, encourage academic achievement and teach the importance of teamwork.
