Homeowners and renters affected by the Jan. 22 flooding can seek financial aid from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). The deadline for applications is April 19.
To apply, residents may visit disaster recovery centers at Mountain View Community Center and Spring Valley Library. They can also submit an application online, via the FEMA mobile app, or by calling the FEMA helpline at 800-621-3362.
