SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — The San Diego Flood Recovery Fund and San Diego County's Office of Emergency Services help San Diego residents affected by the historic Jan. 22 flooding through long-term recovery.
According to the San Diego Foundation's website, the proceeds from the donations will go towards home repairs, unmet needs, program operation costs, and temporary housing.
