Large sections have been redacted from 1,500 pages of documents related to the 2012 Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting.

The Federal Bureau of Investigations released the documents today, and they included reports by agents who interviewed people about Adam Lanza, the shooter who took the lives of 26 children and teachers.

A twitter account for FBI Records tweeted a link the documents. In one unidentified person's account, Lanza's mother, Nancy, had told the person her son had become a shut-in and was only communicating with her by email.

Nancy Lanza was also killed by Adam Lanza, who had Asperger's Syndrome, a form of autism.

Neighbors told agents they had seen federal authorities at the Lanza home in years past, believing that Adam Lanza was able to hack government computer systems.
