A Rancho Bernardo man suffering from dementia was found unharmed Saturday, San Diego police said.
Police searched for Allen Mazany after he reportedly drove away from his home in his wife's car at 8 p.m. Friday, according to San Diego police.
No details were released about the man's contact with police, which happened Saturday.
