SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - The Pentagon has released its proposal for the Department of Defense in 2019.
After years of being hampered by budget cuts, it seeks to add more people, more ships, more aircraft and etc. to its arsenal.
It also calls for a 2.6 percent pay raise.
