MIRAMAR, Calif. (KGTV) – The Miramar Air Show kicks off this weekend and one of the most anticipated performances each year is the iconic Blue Angels.
This year 10News Meteorologist Megan Parry had the rare honor to be selected to fly on one of the Boeing F/A-18 Hornet’s and the experience was exhilarating...and a little nauseating after pulling 7.2 G's.
Those attending the Air Show this weekend will also be treated to a demonstration of the Navy flight squadron’s C-130 Hercules transport plane, aptly named Fat Albert.
People can watch the U.S. Navy Blue Angels perform each day from 3:22 p.m. to 4:37 p.m. Friday through Sunday.
