SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - Police are investigating the death of a man discovered in a Barrio Logan alley.
A 50-year-old man was found just after 6:30 a.m. Tuesday in the south alley of 1600 Logan Ave. with trauma to his upper torso, according to San Diego Police. Police and first responders rendered medical aid, but the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
San Diego Police homicide detectives are investigating the incident. Officers said the man was a homeless person who frequented the area. He was possibly seen last in the same area with a white female at about 11:30 p.m. on Monday.
