SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - San Diego companies were named in the 2019 list of Best Places to Work, according to Glassdoor.
The career website rated employers based on feedback from employees. A workplace needed to have a 3.5 out of 5 overall rating, and workplace factor ratings in career opportunities, compensation and benefits, culture and values, senior management, and work-life balance of at least 2.5.
For the eleventh year in a row, Boston-based consulting firm Bain & Company took the top spot. Bain operates 57 offices in 36 countries, Glassdoor reports.
Other top U.S. employers included Zoom Video Communications, Procore Technologies, and Boston Consulting Group.
Top small and medium companies included Heap, Horizon Innovations, Silverline, Marketing 360, and Digital Prospectors.
In-N-Out Burger, ranked third among large employers, was the highest-rated company with San Diego opportunities. Other companies with San Diego locations included Trader Joe’s (no. 23), Illumina (no. 33), and Intuit (no. 38).
