SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- Police are investigating after a woman in a surgical mask reportedly robbed a 7-Eleven early Sunday morning.
According to police, the robbery happened on the 7800 block of Balboa Avenue just before 3:30 a.m.
Police say the woman, believed to be in her 40s or 50s, walked into the store and demanded cash while simulating having a weapon.
The suspect then left on foot with an unknown amount of cash. Police say she was wearing a scarf around her neck and a surgical mask.
