SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- The woman whose body was discovered floating in Lake Murray over the weekend has been identified.
Elena Marie Lisowski, 44, was found after a person saw her body in the lake at 12:57 p.m. in the 5500 block of Kiowa Drive, off of Lake Murray Boulevard, on Sunday Feb. 7.

The manner and cause of Lisowski’s death are both pending investigation. Her next of kin have been notified, according to Officers.
The discovery is being investigated by San Diego police.
Lake Murray is located within the boundary of Mission Trails Regional Park, which lies between the city of San Diego and the neighboring communities of La Mesa and Santee. The lake is open for shore fishing and private boats sunrise to sunset seven days a week.
