SAN DIEGO (KGTV) – A water main break in the Morena area flooded several businesses Friday morning.
The main break was reported shortly before 9 a.m. in an alley off the 1200 block of Morena Boulevard.
Some tenants said water had been rising for several hours before city crews turned it off at around 10 a.m.
Four businesses were affected by the gushing water, including two that moved into the building earlier this year.
Some of the businesses were able to move much of their inventory to higher shelves, but there’s no immediate word as to how much damage the businesses suffered.
