SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - U.S. Border Patrol agents were attacked with rocks during an encounter with illegal immigrants near the U.S.-Mexico border in San Diego County Friday, officials said.
A group of seven immigrants was in the process of being arrested at the time of the assault, according to the Border Patrol.
No one was injured but a patrol vehicle’s window was shattered.
Border Patrol officials said 125 San Diego-area agents have been assaulted since Oct. 1, 2018.
