SAN DIEGO (KGTV) – A man was stabbed multiple times in the chest during a fight at a City Heights fast food restaurant, according to San Diego police.
Police said the incident happened just after 11 p.m. Wednesday at the Jack in the Box restaurant on University Avenue, near 41st Street.
The 29-year-old victim and a boy believed to be 16 or 17 years old were told to leave the restaurant after getting into a fight inside.
According to police, the teen returned to the restaurant’s parking lot, confronted the man and stabbed him multiple times in the chest before fleeing the scene.
The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries, police said.
A full description of the suspected attacker was not immediately available.
