SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - Police are investigating a smash-and-grab robbery at a Mission Valley jewelry store carried out by two men.
San Diego police said the robbery occurred shortly after 7 p.m. at the Jared jewelry store next to the Westfield Mission Valley shopping mall.
According to police, two men armed with handguns entered the store and smashed a large glass case before getting away with an unknown amount of jewelry.
10News learned at least two workers were inside at the time of the robbery, but no one was hurt.
The two robbers were described as black males in their 20s, each about 5 feet 8 inches tall, wearing dark clothing, masks and gloves.
