OCEANSIDE, Calif. (KGTV) -- Police in Oceanside have safely located an at-risk 73-year-old man who went missing Saturday afternoon.
According to police, Edgar Cruz disappeared from the 3000 block of Mission Avenue around 4 p.m.
Police say Cruz is considered at-risk due to an Alzheimer’s diagnosis. Cruz returned home on his own at 5 p.m. on Sunday and is now safe.
