SAN DIEGO (KGTV) – A mother and son who died in a shooting at a Linda Vista home earlier this week were identified by San Diego police.
On Dec. 7, at around 3:15 a.m., officers were called to a home in the 2200 block of Crandall Drive in response to a shooting.
Responding officers found a man and a woman inside the home with gunshot wounds to their upper bodies, according to police.
The woman, identified as 46-year-old Hue Le, died from her injuries at the hospital.

The injured man, identified as the deceased woman’s 28-year-old son Justin Le, was placed on life support but police said he passed away on Tuesday evening.
According to police, Justin Le’s injuries appeared to be self-inflicted.
The case is being investigated as an apparent murder-suicide, San Diego police said.
No other details on the case were released.
