SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — Hundreds of San Diego Gas and Electric customers around the Point Loma area were without power on Black Friday.
The outage was reported just before 10 a.m., according to SDG&E's outage map. The outage affected more than 1,000 customers in the Ocean Beach, Midway, and Point Loma areas.
Lindbergh Field was listed under the affected areas, but the airport told 10News they were not aware of any issues.
By 6 p.m., power was restored to all customers, except for 11 households, according to SDG&E.
Crews say they needed to repair a piece of equipment.
