SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - A former San Diego Unified School District fifth grade teacher was sentenced Monday for receiving child pornography.
David Weaks, 60, was working at Rosa Parks Elementary in City Heights until his arrest April 19, 2018.
Agents from Homeland Security Investigations said a computer at Weaks’ home was making child pornography files available for download through a peer-to-peer file sharing network.
After a search of Weaks’ home, agents found child pornography on his desktop computer, two laptops, and a backup hard drive.
