SPRING VALLEY (KGTV) - San Diego County Sheriff's Department deputies are investigating a Spring Valley stabbing that left one man dead and a woman injured.
Deputies responded to calls about a stabbing just before midnight Friday at an apartment complex at 3560 James Circle, said Lt. Thomas Seiver of the San Diego County Sheriff's Department.
First responders rushed a man to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival, Seiver said. The woman was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
