ANAHEIM, Calif. (KGTV) - Disneyland Resort stopped selling tickets to its namesake theme park Friday due to maximum capacity crowds.
The park tweeted that Disney California Adventure Park tickets remain available.
Officials released this statement Friday morning:
“Visiting the Disneyland Resort during the holidays is a tradition for many people and on high demand days like today, we do all we can to welcome as many guests as possible.”
According to the park's Twitter, officials said, "Disneyland Park is very busy today. Please check the Disneyland App for the latest wait times and schedules to plan your day."
No word yet on when they will resume ticket sales for Disneyland.
Officials also shared that any guest who purchased a divert ticket (one park ticket with hopping ability) will have the ability to park hop later in the day.
