SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - Several College Area businesses and an SUV were damaged late Sunday night after being shot in a BB gun attack, police said.
According to San Diego police, the incident was reported at around 9:30 p.m. in the 7100 block of El Cajon Boulevard.
Police said the BBs in the attack shattered windows of at least four businesses -- an appliance store, auto body shop, coffee shop and plasma center -- and a parked SUV.
No one was injured in the incident.
Over the weekend, some businesses and a Lyft vehicle in the Midway District were targeted in a BB gun attack. There have also been similar incidents in Hillcrest, downtown San Diego and Rolando in the past week.
There is no immediate word if any of the previous shootings are related to the College Area attack.
