CHULA VISTA, Calif. (KGTV) — A South Bay school employee was placed on administrative leave after being accused of inappropriately touching a 5-year-old girl.
Chula Vista Police received a report of the inappropriate behavior at Thurgood Marshall Elementary School on Feb. 10. A 5-year-old girl and her mother spoke with police, alleging the girl was touched by an employee at the school.
Police said there's no further evidence at the moment that indicates there may be other victims, that children are at risk, or that there's any ongoing threat.

The employee accused in the report has been placed on administrative leave, according to CVPD, while Chula Vista Elementary School District and police investigate.
