SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- It’s back to school for many kids across San Diego County. For some, it means new anxieties in the classroom, but for others, it means facing their old foe: bullying.
A new program aimed at helping students understand their emotions in an effort to stop aggressive behavior before it starts is sweeping through the San Ysidro School District.
