ESCONDIDO, Calif. (KGTV) – A heads up for drivers in the North County: Road repair work on Thursday will force the closure of three northbound Interstate 15 ramps in Escondido.
Caltrans said crews will be fixing pavement on the following northbound I-15 ramps from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.:
- West Valley Parkway
- 9th Avenue
- Via Rancho Parkway
