2 men arrested after Emerald Hills crash

SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - Two men were arrested Sunday after a crash involving an SUV and a parked car in Emerald Hills.

Police said the incident happened at around 11:30 p.m. in the 5700 block of Roswell Street.

According to police, the two men were in an SUV that smashed a parked car. The two men then fled from the crash scene, witnesses said.

Responding officers found the men and arrested them. One of the men knocked on a door but hid behind a fence when no one answered.

Police are investigating the non-injury crash, but 10News learned that both men insisted they were never in the SUV.

A crash involving an SUV and a parked car woke up residents in the Emerald Hills late Sunday night.
