Live updates from the arraignment of San Diego-based Rep. Duncan Hunter, who was indicted earlier this week on federal charges of misusing campaign funds.

Hunter, who represents California's 50th District, and his wife Margaret are accused of using more than $250,000 in campaign funds on personal expenses, including vacations and dental bills.

The longtime congressman has maintained his innocence, telling 10News that he believes the indictment is politically motivated and a "witch hunt."
